Lake Bonavista is home to many different sports fields as well as indoor and outdoor skating rinks. There is a community center that houses a gym as well as a banquet hall and space for meetings. One of Lake Bonvista's proudest initiatives would be the Canskate program which provides ice time and skating lessons for the communities youth.
